At Australian Road Signs, we are committed to providing high-quality, compliant road signage. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Standard Products

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Item is in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Item has no visible damage or signs of installation

Custom Products

Custom-manufactured signs (including signs with custom text, sizes, or specifications) are made to order and cannot be returned unless:

• The product is defective or damaged
• The product does not match your approved specifications
• We made an error in manufacturing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order signs (unless defective)
• Installed or used products
• Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
• Items returned after 30 days
• Products without proof of purchase

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Arrange a replacement at no additional cost
• Or provide a full refund including shipping costs

Please provide photos of the defect or damage to help us process your claim quickly.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at hello@connectingbrands.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive approval - We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Receive your refund once we've inspected and approved the returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply to some returns

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please contact us. Subject to availability, we can arrange an exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
