Shipping Coverage
We ship to all locations within Australia, from metropolitan areas to remote regions. Our extensive logistics network ensures your road signs reach you wherever you are.
Processing Times
Standard Products
In-stock standard products are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation and payment.
Custom Orders
Custom-manufactured signs require additional production time. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on:
- Order complexity and quantity
- Material availability
- Custom specifications
We will provide an estimated dispatch date when confirming your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected

Large Orders
For bulk orders or large signage, we may arrange freight delivery. Contact us for a shipping quote on large orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Link to track your delivery
You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure:
- Your delivery address is accurate and complete
- Someone is available to receive the delivery (for large items)
- Access is available for delivery vehicles (for freight deliveries)
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If items are damaged or missing:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable)
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us within 7 days at hello@connectingbrands.com.au
We will arrange replacement or refund for damaged or missing items as quickly as possible.
